Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that arrives damaged or missing parts, please send an email to info@mannequinsource.com describing the damage and include photos of the product box it arrived in if the box is crushed or dented.
We will respond within 48 hours (business days) and tell you whether we are sending a replacement, or offering a partial discount.
Free Returns/Refunds
All refunds/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your items. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of MannequinSource.com and maybe only refunded as a store credit.
No refund will be given if an item is returned damaged or missing parts.
To get an RMA number send an email to info@mannequinsource.com with your order number and the reason why you want to send the item back. We will then send you an email with the RMA number and Prepaid Return Label. MannequinSource.com is responsible for the return shipping costs.
